Morning Yoga

Alumna Pauline Brunnen (BFA ’11) has been an avid yogi and teacher for many years. After completing her teacher training in three different disciplines of yoga, Pauline has taught and managed studios in cities across North America and brings broad knowledge and insight to each and every class she teaches. Finding yoga after pursuing a career in the sciences, Pauline discovered that helping people to achieve better health and overall well-being was her ultimate calling in life. Using her education and skills in theatre studies and combining her knowledge of biological science, Pauline brings a fun and engaging approach to yoga. Pauline is great example of how our alumni community are helping people to shine brighter in their daily lives.
